Did you know that #ThisIsTucson is hosting its first-ever market this weekend? Tucson Together will take place on February 18, 2023, from 11am-4pm. The event is at 55 N. Fifth Ave., in the lot across from Hotel Congress. According to the event page, street parking is free on weekends. The closest garages are Centro Garage, located at Congress Street and Toole Avenue, and Pennington Street Garage, located at Pennington Street and Scott Avenue.
If you know the folks who run #ThisIsTucson, you know that their mission is to “foster a community that knows and loves Tucson.” With this market, they are showing their love for Tucson’s talented artists and encouraging the community to shop local ❤
The event features ~70 vendors selling handcrafted items and includes a donation drive for Youth On Their Own. Donations will go toward YOTO’s Mini Mall, where students can “shop” for free for the items they need.

On top of all of this amazingness, Tucson Tome Gnome will be there hiding books! We will be hiding 10 free (signed!) books around the market space. The books, “Ain’t That a Mother: Postpartum, Palsy, and Everything in Between” and “Black Love Matters: Real Talk on Romance, Being Seen and Happily Ever Afters,” are written or edited by local authors Adiba Nelson and Jessica P. Pryde.
This is going to be an amazing local event! We look forward to seeing you there!
