In case you missed the announcements leading up to the event last week (LOL), in celebration of the Tome Gnome’s 1-year anniversary, Mostly Books donated a portion of every purchase made on Saturday, September 24 to our 2023 fundraising campaign!

So what happened? Drum roll, please…

Friends: you showed up, bought a TON of books to add to your TBR piles, and generally were just amazing humans. Thanks to your shopping last Saturday, Mostly Books donated $235.60 to the Tome Gnome’s fundraising effort. Hooray! Not only did you support the Tome Gnome, but you also supported an amazing, generous, and community-focused indie bookstore ❤

It perhaps goes without saying, but we had an AMAZING time meeting so many of you during the one hour we were there! Although we were only there for a short while, it was lovely to chat with those of you who came by during that time.
