Happy 61st book giveaway! We had an amazing time celebrating our FIVE-YEAR anniversary by hiding 30 copies each of We Burned So Bright by TJ Klune and Take Me With You by Steven Rowley last weekend! Also, welcome to October! We got a little hint of cooler weather this week… and we’re here for it. Hiding books in the summer heat is not our favorite thing, LOL.

If you missed finding a book, fear not, as our guest gnomes are hiding 20 (!!!) additional book bundles around town over these next few weeks (no hint photos for these, though, as they are our “random act of kindness” books) 🤗 So, you know, keep your eyes peeled… 👀

And a special shoutout to our friends at the Tucson Spotlight, who stepped up to be our September Community Kindness Sponsor – they helped make our September book hiding possible 👏👏👏 Go check them out and subscribe! Supporting local news (especially a newsroom training the next generation of journalists) is more important than ever.

FINALLY! We are raising money to keep hiding books in 2027! AND IT’S OUR FIVE-YEAR TOME GNOME ANNIVERSARY! If you want to support our work and help ensure we can keep hiding books for another five years (or at least through 2027), please consider donating (link below) to help us keep going.
