Happy 53rd book giveaway! And the first bookish scavenger hunt of 2026! We had an amazing time hiding 30 copies of Little F by Michelle Tea last Sunday. If you are excited to read diverse fiction AND excited to engage with an author who will be at the Tucson Festival of Books in March (and an author who founded Drag Story Hour…), then this book is for you 🙂
If you’re new here and didn’t get a chance to find a book on book-hiding day, some of our amazing guest gnomes are hiding an additional 20 books (on top of the 30) around Tucson over the next few weeks. So keep your eyes peeled, as 20 more copies of LITTLE F are being hidden around town! We do not post any hint photos of these books, as they are truly meant to be a random act of kindness for those who happen upon them. Yay for random bookish joy and delight!
AND, we can’t forget to thank (and give a big shoutout!) to our January Community Kindness Sponsor, La Suprema Works and Events! We are so grateful to them for helping to offset the cost of the extra 20 books we hid this month. So please give them a follow and support their work ❤
In February, we will be celebrating the month of love and we will be hiding a book that fits that theme… So keep an eye out here, on Instagram, and on our Facebook page for updates on our next book-hiding adventure(s)!
