Wowza! We are definitely in the full swing of summer heat in Tucson – but luckily, monsoon rains have FINALLY arrived and we are getting some (somewhat regular?!?!) rain. This gnome loves a good rainy afternoon – it’s perfect for reading!
During this twenty-third Tome Giveaway, I had a wonderful day hiding tomes all over Tucson in support of Unite Against Book Bans and the Book Sanctuary movement! I hid 30 copies of All Boys Aren’t Blue by George M. Johnson throughout the day at some of our favorite places around Tucson.
As a reminder, I am now hiding an additional 15 books of each month’s selection (on top of the 30) around Tucson after the book-hiding weekend. So keep your eyes peeled over the next week or two! I do not post any hint photos of these books, as these books are truly meant to be a random act of kindness for those who happen upon them. Yay for random bookish joy and delight!
It’s almost August and we are now more than halfway through the year… so onward to my next book-hiding adventure! I’ll be hiding books again at the end of August, so keep a lookout here, on Instagram, and on our Facebook page for updates.
And my usual note applies: don’t forget to subscribe to the blog, follow me on social media, or make a donation to help us keep the book-sharing going year-round (TTG is now officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit)!
Here are some fun photos from my day of book hiding!
