It’s officially summer in Tucson, and the temperature has been on the rise! I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to dive into some fun summer reading AND enjoy some tasty and refreshing drinks 🙂 So, having said that… I’m so excited to announce that this Saturday, June 17 (starting at 4pm), we’ll be doing a summer reading celebration with the Korean Rose! WOOHOO!

We will be doing a super fun book hide-and-seek, hosting a book-sharing table (so bring a book to share and be ready to take a book!), and we’ll be enjoying the June drink specials:

• Takes Two to Mango (Mango matcha latte)
• Something Berry Sweet (Strawberry hibiscus refresher w/ Tajin)
• Pandan-cing (Pandan coconut milk tea)
• Perfect Blend (Mocha latte w/ strawberry cream)

NOTE: We’re mixing it up! The bookish hide-and-seek for this event will run a little differently than for our past events. Since the Korean Rose doesn’t have a lot of nooks and crannies that are good for hiding books (LOL), we will instead be hiding some super cute little figurines throughout the tea shop, patio, etc. Each figurine we’re hiding corresponds to one of the books we’ll be hiding. So, if you find a figurine, you can bring it to the book-sharing table, and we will give you your copy of the corresponding book! We’re excited to try this out with all of you 🙂
